Digitalization and artificial intelligence supporting relief operations and emergency preparedness and response

Innovation and sustainability are key to enhance humanitarian response.
Participants will have the opportunity to understand the power of digitalization and artificial intelligence, as an advance technology for the humanitarian community.
Based on a scenario of an emergency, government entities, NDMAs included, humanitarian community and the private sector will discuss the impact of the use of the Humanitarian Logistics Databank (IHC Dubai), STOCKHOLM (ESUPS), ASYREC (UNCTAD) and the Log:ie platform (Logistics Cluster). They will also appreciate the collaboration between multiple digital tools to facilitate and speed up the provision of humanitarian aid.
