1. Register
- Access STOCKHOLM and sign in with your professional email address
- If you have been invited to register, simply accept via the link in your email

2. Create Geo Areas
- You need Geographic Areas (GA) to create Facilities
- You also need GA to assign users under you to a GA or a Facility

3. Create Facilities
- Set up Facilities into which you can assign Items

4. Create Items
- Create your own Items in addition to your organisation’s standard Items

5. Link Items to Facilities
- Fill your Facilities with corresponding Items, either your own or standard organisation Items
