1. Register

• Access STOCKHOLM and sign in with a work or personal account
• Guide: How to register to STOCKHOLM
• If you have been invited, simply accept via the link received

2. Create Geo Areas

• You need Geo Areas (GA) to create Facilities that fall under a GA
• You also need GA to assign users under you to a specific GA or a specific Facility

3. Create Facilities

• You need Facilities into which you can assign Items

4. Create Items

• Create your own Items in addition to your organisation’s standard items

5. Link Items to Facilities

• Fill your Facilities with the corresponding Items, either your own or standard organisation items
• Guide: How to allocate an Item to a Facility
